Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become ubiquitous in today’s digital landscape. Tech giants like Microsoft and Google have been leveraging AI for some time now, and WhatsApp, the popular messaging platform, is set to join the fray.
WhatsApp has been consistently enhancing its user experience by introducing various features.
According to the latest report from SamMobile has revealed.
The integration of AI into WhatsApp signifies an exciting development for the platform. This integration will necessitate a slight redesign of WhatsApp, which is currently being tested in a beta version.
In the initial phase, the AI chat feature will be rolled out exclusively for the Android version of the app. WhatsApp had previously announced its plans to support AI chatbots earlier this year.
However, the AI chatbot feature is only accessible to users in the United States.
Upon updating the app to the Android beta 2.23.24.26 version via the Google Play Store, users will notice new shortcuts designed for AI-based chats.
Adjacent to the main chat list, users will find a floating action button. This white button, encircled by a multi-coloured ring, is above the new chat button.
These AI chatbots are equipped to answer all user queries. Additionally, the Ring feature enables users to conduct web searches.
