If you are a HONOR phone fan, it is an existing news for you. HONOR to introduce an eye-tracking AI feature that will let open apps with just an eye gesture rather than tapping on the screen.
HONOR to roll out this feature on its Magic 6 version. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform will power the phone.
HONOR has announced this in a press release prior to the launch of its upcoming flagship of HONOR 6.
George Zhao, CEO of HONOR Device Co. Ltd added, “At HONOR, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and creating a more intelligent and intuitive user experience,”
With the upcoming feature of HONOR 9, it will not only be based on the latest and greatest Qualcomm chip.
It will allow users to open apps with their eyes. HONOR calls it a “Magic Capsule” and defines this as “eye-tracking based multimodal interaction”.

With its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, the HONOR Magic6 will also be powered by an on-device LLM (large language model) with seven billion parameters to usher in a new era of generative AI.
HONOR also demonstrated the improvement of its YOYO smart voice assistant features during its AI video creation demo during its presentation.
While providing voice commands, YOYO users can easily create short videos featuring photos and footage stored on their devices.
There will be more options available to customise templates, themes and music of the generated videos with an additional prompt.
Although HONOR has announced different features of its 6 series of phones, but it is clearly unknown when this phone will be released.
Meanwhile, Motorola introduced a new phone that can be easily wrap-able in the arms.
